1. Application & Booking<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n


\u2022 All applications for booking\/allotment shall be submitted duly filled in and signed by the applicant, along with a crossed cheque, pay order, or demand draft as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Demand Notices & Correspondence<\/strong>
\u2022 Demand notices for installments, due payments, and all other correspondence regarding the booked\/allotted plot shall be dispatched by post to the address provided by the applicant\/allottee.
\u2022 The Company\/Developer shall not be responsible for non-delivery of such notices or letters, and any notice dispatched to the provided address shall be deemed to have been duly served\/delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Development & Documentation Charges<\/strong>
\u2022 Development charges, documentation charges, lease charges, and any other applicable charges shall be payable separately by the applicant\/allottee as specified by the Company\/Developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Failure to Make Payments<\/strong>
\u2022 In case the applicant\/allottee fails to clear installments or other due payments within the agreed schedule and\/or within 15 days of the final notice<\/strong>, the amount paid shall be refunded upon re-booking of the plot after deduction of 25% of the total plot cost<\/strong> towards service, establishment, and advertising charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Provisional Allocation & Allotment<\/strong>
\u2022 The allocation\/allotment of the plot shall remain provisional until the Company\/Developer receives the required payments and completes the applicable procedures from the applicant\/allottee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Plot Area & Measurement<\/strong>
\u2022 The area of the plot mentioned in the booking\/allotment documents is approximate. If the actual measurement of the plot is found to be more or less than the stated area, the buyer\/allottee shall be charged or adjusted according to the actual allocated area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Development Work & Alternate Plot<\/strong>
\u2022 Due to development work, ground conditions, or variations in the location or size of the plot, an alternate plot may be offered to the applicant\/allottee, subject to the approval and terms of the Company\/Developer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Rules & Regulations<\/strong>
\u2022 The allottee shall abide by all existing and applicable rules, regulations, terms, and conditions prescribed by the Company\/Developer and the relevant local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Taxes & Government Charges<\/strong>
\u2022 The allottee shall be responsible for payment of all taxes, duties, levies, and charges imposed by the Federal Government, Provincial Government, local bodies, municipal authorities, or any other competent authority, including any existing or future applicable charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Late Payment Charges<\/strong>
\u2022 A late payment surcharge\/penalty of Rs. 50 per day<\/strong> shall be payable by the allottee on overdue payments, as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Acknowledgment & Acceptance<\/strong>
\u2022 I\/We hereby confirm that I\/we have carefully read and understood all the above Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them in all respects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
